We're seeking a talented Junior/Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our clients growing engineering team. If you're passionate about electrical design and industrial automation, this is your opportunity to work on exciting projects that power modern industry.

About the Role:

Design, program, and commission advanced electrical control systems for industrial applications. You'll be involved in complete project lifecycles, from concept design through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical designs for industrial control systems and power distribution
  • Program PLCs for automated processes and machinery
  • Design and configure HMI systems for intuitive operator control
  • Develop and implement SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and data acquisition
  • Prepare electrical schematics, panel layouts, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver integrated automation solutions
  • Conduct site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems

 

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 1-3 years’ experience in electrical design and automation projects
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar), HMI development and SCADA configuration
  • Knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar)
  • Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
  • Experience with VFDs and motor control systems
  • Familiarity with electrical standards and compliance requirements
