Our client based in Penrose Auckland specialises in the industrial, commercial and residential electrical sectors.  They are currently seeking a fully licensed New Zealand registered electrician with a current practicing license experienced in the commercial, residential sectors who would like to add to their skillset with industrial electrical work.

Initially this role would see you involved in the residential, commercial space and would require you to supervise a couple of apprentices on a large townhouse project.  Therefore, it is a requirement that you have strong work experience in the residential housing sector. You will be confident in managing your own jobs, while possessing the ability to communicate clearly with customers while representing our client in a professional manner. 

To be successful in your application you will have skills and experience in the following:

• Installation of electrical cabling and equipment
• Strong fault-finding capabilities.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Documentation and certification of work
• Adhering to strict Workplace Health and Safety standards
• Good people interfacing abilities
• Strong work ethic
• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence
