About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our client, a leading provider of electrical services throughout the South Auckland region. This full-time role will see you contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality electrical solutions to a diverse range of industrial customers.

What you'll be doing

•     Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with industrial electrical equipment as utilised in industrial plants
•     Performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in industrial environments
•     Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues across a range of equipment and systems
•     Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations
•     Providing technical guidance and support to other members of the team
•     Participating in project planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical processes
•     Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken

What we're looking for

•     Full NZ electrical registration and a current practicing licence
•     Extensive experience as an Industrial Electrician
•     Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
•     Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to working safely
•     Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
•     A proactive and adaptable approach to your work
