About the role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our client’s team in Onehunga, Auckland. This full-time role will involve installation, maintenance and repairing electrical equipment, with a focus on electrical hazardous areas work.

What you'll be doing
•    Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with industrial electrical equipment as utilised in industrial plants and hazardous areas
•    Performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of electrical systems
•    New electrical installations/upgrades to existing electrical/control systems
•    Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
•    Providing technical support and guidance to other team members
•    Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work performed

What we're looking for
•    The right to work in New Zealand
•    Full NZ electrical registration with an EH endorsement and a current practicing licence.
•    Electrical Equipment Hazardous Area experience
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Effective communication and customer service skills
•    Current full NZ driver’s licence
